On Thursday, November 26, 2009, Kenneth SIms Sollars passed away at his home in Washington, DC. Ken was an attorney with the US Department of Labor and a retired U.S. Army veteran holding the rank of Lt. Colonel. He was the beloved son of the late Sarah V. Williams and is survived by a daughter, Alexis Jasmine Cully of Orlando, Florida, and a cousin, Dorothy Settles of Washington, DC.
