Services were held at BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL 1985 S. TAYLOR RD, CLEVELAND HTS., on Friday, May 26 at 11:00AM. Family received friends at the home, 35 Mill Hollow Drive, Moreland Hills. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Reed Kleinman Fund for Cancer Research at University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center, PO Box 94554, Cleveland Ohio 44101-4554.
