Richard J. Baribault VIEW PROFILE

Richard Baribault, age 71, passed away from heart failure on May 24, 2021, in Tucson AZ. Born on July 23, 1949, in New Haven, CT. He lived in Tucson for the past 4 years, but he spent most of his life in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was better known as Turtle.

He attended Shaker Heights High School. He was predeceased by his parents, Richard P. Baribault and Jule J. Baribault. He is survived by his daughter, Arielle Williams (Zachary) of Cincinnati, his son, Sam of Bellingham, WA, and his former wife, Kathy Mann of Chagrin Falls, OH. He leaves siblings Kathy Kida of Myrtle Beach, SC, Amy Powell of Davidson, NC, and Jack Baribault of Bondville, VT. He also leaves two grandchildren and his beloved dog Buddy.

Richard was known for his sense of humor and his cooking skills. He owned several restaurants in the Cleveland area including Tea House Noodles and Toogies Pizza. He had a great love of music, art, travel, and the Cleveland Browns! Services will be private. Donations can be made in his name to the Humane Society of Southern Arizona at 635 W.
